After taking over the role of a local asset management partner, LARS project extended the lease agreement with the state-owned single tenant. The outdated office property required deep market and technical property analysis to evaluate the optimum third-party use for the building.
By creation of cost-efficient permissible and funded planning solutions for hotel and office use, it has been possible to lift the exit value of the property and to achieve the landlord’s goals.
The property has been successfully sold to an American institutional investor.
